Hands-on education for healthcare professionals, including Massage Therapists, Aestheticians, PTs, and PTAs.

Small-group training designed to improve assessment skills, treatment confidence, and clinical outcomes.

  • Many clients arrive after trying several approaches without getting the results they hoped for.

My work combines osteopathic manual principles, rehabilitative massage, lymphatic therapy, and clinical assessment to create a treatment plan that evolves with your recovery.

Whether you're preparing for surgery, recovering from an injury, managing pain, addressing scar tissue, or simply trying to move and feel better, the focus remains the same:

When everything looks fine but doesn't feel fine, that's often where this work begins.

  • Many clients seek care when everything looks fine but doesn't feel fine. Common concerns include post-surgical recovery, swelling, scar tissue restrictions, headaches, chronic pain, movement limitations, and persistent symptoms that continue to interfere with daily life. Sessions are adapted continuously based on assessment findings, response to treatment, and recovery goals.

  • My pricing reflects advanced training, clinical experience, and individualized treatment planning. To encourage continuity of care, clients who return within 30 days of their previous visit automatically receive the Return Visit Rate.

Consistent care produces better long-term results than waiting until symptoms become severe.

  • Not necessarily. If you're unsure, book the service that best matches your primary concern. Assessment is built into the process, and treatment plans are adjusted based on your presentation and goals.

  • Recovery often begins before surgery.

Depending on your procedure and physician recommendations, a pre-operative session may be beneficial. This can be an opportunity to discuss recovery expectations, review swelling management strategies, identify movement limitations, address areas of discomfort that may be difficult to treat after surgery, and develop a plan for the weeks ahead.

Many clients appreciate becoming familiar with my work before their procedure. Completing paperwork, discussing goals, and establishing a treatment plan in advance can help streamline the early stages of recovery when comfort and energy may be limited.

Following surgery, treatment often focuses on swelling management, mobility, comfort, scar tissue considerations, and a gradual return to activity. Always follow your surgeon's recommendations regarding timing and treatment.

  • Yes. Through Bon Début Education, I provide continuing education for massage therapists, aestheticians, and select healthcare professionals.

These courses were developed from years of working with post-surgical recovery, pain management, scar tissue dysfunction, lymphatic drainage, and complex clinical presentations. Rather than focusing solely on technique, the goal is to help practitioners improve clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and patient outcomes.

Current topics include rehabilitative massage, manual lymphatic drainage, scar tissue management, nervous system-informed care, and recovery-focused treatment strategies.

Courses are approved for continuing education through NCBTMB and select programs are approved for PT/PTA continuing education in Arkansas.
